The Cincinnati Art Museum has an opening for a part-time Library Assistant/ Cataloger in the Learning & Interpretation Division. This is a temporary part time position funded for 3 months. Hours: 20 hours/week, Tuesday-Friday.
Responsibilities: 
Library Assistant/Cataloger is responsible for cataloging books from the backlog in the Art Museum archives. The Library Assistant/ Cataloger will catalog using OCLC Connexion Client and Innovative Millennium systems. Responsibilities: •Cataloging books on art. •Correcting item records to reflect current holdings.
Requirements:
Master degree in Library and Information Science, or other degree supported by experience in copy and, preferably, original cataloging, and knowledge of cataloging standards and practices. Training: Training in Millennium and instruction in the library cataloging practices and processes is provided.
Salary and Benefits: 
The hourly rate for this position will be $12.50 per hour. No benefits, position is part-time.
