ArLiSNAP is starting an exciting new project with the goal of increasing our contribution to ARLIS/NA’s Student Diversity Travel Award. The ArLiSNAP Gear line will be expanded to include items with new designs. The profits from these sales will go towards the award.
The era of open access images means more opportunities for artistic minds. Two sources of free images that may be used for commercial purposes are The Getty’s Open Content Program and The Rijksmuseum’s Rijksstudio. Images from the Rijksstudio must be used with acknowledgment (‘Rijksmuseum Amsterdam’). Designs do not necessarily have to include the ArLiSNAP name or logo.
