Registration is now full for the ArLiSNAP/VREPS Virtual Conference!

The registration for our virtual conference reached its max of 100 participants on Monday! Thanks to everyone for your interest and support of this event.

In anticipation of the fact that some who have registered may not show up on the day of the conference, we have allowed for 120 registrations. However, the GoToWebinar software generously provided by ARLIS/NA can only accommodate 100 attendees. Therefore, participants will be admitted on a first-come-first-served basis – if you want to guarantee your spot, be sure to log in a few minutes early! If you receive a message that the virtual conference is at its maximum capacity, we recommend that you try logging in later on during the event; if another attendee logs off, a space will open up for you to attend.

Those who tried to register after the registration filled up have been placed on a waitlist, and will be notified if a space opens up for you to join the conference. If it’s not possible for you to join us on the day of the event, not to worry – you’ll be able to view a recording of the conference when it is available. We will update arlisnap.org with the information on how to access the recording in the weeks following the conference.

In the meantime, you can keep up with the latest conference news on twitter via the hashtag #arlisnapvreps, and by following @arlisnap. We’re looking forward to an afternoon full of great presentations this Saturday!
